About GEORGE Outdoor

Identity and project responsibility

GEORGE Outdoor is the outdoor-project entry within George Group China, also presented publicly as GEORGE Group. It supports project discussions under the group’s confirmed business identity while the actual production, supply and service responsibility is defined for each quoted configuration.

How the supply network is described

The group uses more than one production route

The confirmed group network includes owned factories, equity-partner factories and commissioned production. Each proposal should identify the production route and quality-control evidence that apply to the selected outdoor categories.

For each proposed item, the project record should identify the exact product or configuration, who is responsible for production and supply, which sample and documents apply, and which services are included.

Outdoor-project role

What GEORGE Outdoor can coordinate with the buyer

Brief development

Translate area plans, use patterns, approximate quantities, exposure and operating requirements into a zone-based furniture brief.

Configuration discussion

Review relevant furniture categories, dimensions, materials, finishes, soft goods and samples, subject to confirmation for the quoted configuration.

Project documentation

Identify the drawings, samples, applicable evidence, packaging, destination and approvals needed to compare and authorize a proposal.

Supply interfaces

Clarify what is included or excluded around transport, installation, handover and adjacent work. On-site installation can be discussed and is charged separately.

Global inquiry

Projects may be discussed worldwide, with Europe, the Middle East, East Asia and the Americas as priority regions. Delivery and installation routes vary by destination.

Evidence boundaries

Group-level certificates may be introduced, while the relevant product, version, configuration and destination requirements must be checked for the actual project.

A shared project record

Plans connect the furniture package to other responsibilities

Project coordination: use the plan to locate furniture beside circulation, food service, living and meeting areas, deck and pool zones, then turn each area into a coordinated schedule.

A useful project record names the decision owner for building structure, waterproofing, drainage, landscaping, shade, kitchens, bars, lighting, fire features and local compliance. Record how each interface affects furniture size, location, movement or fixing, and assign its design, supply, installation and approval responsibility.

Before approval

Ask these questions against the exact proposal

  • Which legal and commercial entity appears on the quote and project documents?
  • Who is responsible for production, supply, inspection and project communication for each item?
  • Which drawing, finish sample, fabric sample and approval record controls production?
  • Which certificate or test report applies to the proposed product, configuration and destination?
  • What do packaging, transport, installation, handover and replacement discussions include or exclude?

Continue with the project specification checklist, review how evidence should be tied to the offered configuration, or map responsibilities through delivery and handover.

Confirm the responsible party

Put identity, configuration and scope questions into the project brief

Share the destination, project stage, area schedule and the evidence your team needs. GEORGE Outdoor can identify the points that require confirmation before a proposal is treated as project-specific.
